Grilled Tiger Prawns with Herb Garlic Butter
Garnished with seafood polenta, finished with lobster olive oil dressing

Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Spring Roll
Served with sweet chilli [V]

Chicken and Orange Pate
Served with red onion chutney and warm toasted bread

Homemade Soup of the Day
With warm bread rolls

Steamed Fillet of Place
Accompanied with fresh Guernsey mussels
With a tarragon cream sauce

Open Fillet of Beef Wellington
With crispy parma ham and duxelles mushrooms,
Finished with madeira wine reduction

Chicken Diane
Pan fried chicken breast flavoured with
Fresh thyme and delicious Diane sauce

Vegetable Tagine
Root vegetable cooked with tomato charlotte onion,
fresh coriander touch of cinnamon served herb couscous [V]
